I am Anne-Marie Bailey and am 23 years old. I was born in Cody, Wyoming and grew up in the Deep South of Louisiana where family, LSU football, Craw fish boils & New Orleans Jazz + Art Culture is PRIDE >> Because of where I grew up I long for Culture and Diversity and a good ole' adventure.
When I was 18 I set out to move to Northern California where I made life long friendships and discovered a whole new world that a small southern girl never thought she would experience. I have had adventures to the Giants(the redwoods);had a crazy experience seeing a whole mountain engulfed in flames --> story for another time --> I have fallen in love with the beautiful beaches of West Coast and the diverse people it carries #northwestisbest. For some it may not seem the most thrilling but like I said for a Southern girl it made my heart awaken to dream bigger than a small town.
Now, I find myself in the land of Oklahoma... starting this blog CIVIL + FREE -->>
--> CIVIL + FREE is an expression and extension of who I am as a person. I have learned so much from going from South to West Coast and now to Oklahoma and have discovered who I am along the way.
I am a free spirit inspired by adventure,travel and the unusual. I love ART probably more than anything because it carries feeling; it communicates without words. Art is fashion, beauty, dance, photography,music...art is anything that inspires. Art is in Creation; art comes from the depth of a being and is expressed through the outflow of passion. Art moves people & causes people to hope and live FREE
